Summary: Good check-in experience A city map and tourist information was provided. Really closer to a train station with some restaurants around. Good breakfast Good coffee machines available to use for us.

Summary: Hotel and rooms were lovely, clean and modern. Great location to catch the tram into cemtre of ghent. I did think 20 euros for breakfast was a little over priced. Also when i settled up for the honesty bar i was a little surprised at the total bill there too...

Summary: The hotel was lovely and clean, it was very well located close to the train station. Facilities fairly basic (no pool etc) but for somewhere to stay that’s great at the basics, this is the one. One things to note - guests can get free tea & coffee from the area next to reception (we weren’t aware of this until the last day but it was certainly well appreciated once we did know).

Summary: Very friendly receptionist. Make my day after a tiring day of travelling. I stayed in single room. Room size adequate. bed is comfortable. Nice to have coffee tea and water at the lobby. The only thing to get use to is the lift button that does not light up. 😂 Very please with the hotel. Now I will keep a look out of chamade chain of hotels in my next booking.

Summary: The trum wasn't working so it was very quiet. The location is near the train station, but it takes about 30-40 min walk to the old town. Or need to take trum from train station with EUR 3 for single ticket/6 for round ticket/9 for day ticket. Very few place for food nearby. The room was nice and clean. We had problem with the drain in shower, but second day we met the cleaning person, she solved the problem although she couldn't understand English. The cleaning wasn't standard though. Two nights the bed looked different, toilette paper looked different, the previous person left some tea on the small bedside table was still there. But overall was nice and clean. There were tea bags and coffees in the room and refilled on the second day. You could also use the coffee machine in the lobby and get different tea there. (For free) Staff was nice, but it was a bit confusing because they could charge the city tax when you check out. (I asked, so I paid when check in)
